BETHLEHEM, Pa. - With forty-three swimmers and divers from American University named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll, the program has set a new record and surpassed its total of 42 from the past two years. The women's team led the way with 24 honorees, while the men's team had 19 student-athletes who met the criteria.

To be eligible for an honor roll distinction, a student-athlete must have achieved a 3.20 GPA or better during the spring 2024 semester.

From the men's team, senior Nick Buckley, sophomore Daniel Coughlin and sophomore Madan Morris all earned a perfect 4.0 GPA for the semester. 

On the women's side, junior Lurilla Bereveskos, senior Malak Hassouna and senior Mallory Meister all earned a 4.0 GPA this spring.
