2024-25 (Junior) - Was given the SASP award at the 2025 Student-Athlete Academic & Leadership Awards… Season-best times included 51.98 (100 fly), 1:57.92 (200 Fly), 1:47.30 (200 free) and 4:50.86 (500 free)... Personal-best times included 59.21 (100 IM).

2023-24 (Sophomore) - Fourth-fastest swimmer on the team for the season in the 200 free with a 1:44.54 coming at the Patriot League Championships… Posted their season-best 500 free at the Patriot Invitational with a 4:40.64… Fifth-fastest on the team for the season in the 100 butterfly with a 51.60 posted at the Patriot League Championships... Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2022-23 (Freshman) - Fourth-fastest swimmer on the team for the season in the 200 fly with a 1:56.82 at the George Mason Invitational… Put up a season-best 1:45.70 in the 200 free and 52.19 in the 100 fly at the PL Championships… Swam another season-high of 4:50.23 in the 500 free at the George Mason Invitational.

Before AU - Captain of the Ridgefield High School boys swim & dive team... Was an All-American in the 400 free relay as a senior along with earning all-state honors in that event as well as the 200 medley relay... Earned all-state in the 200 free, 100 fly and 200 free relay as a junior... All-Conference first team in the 100 fly and 400 free relay as a senior and in the 200 free as a junior... All-Conference second team in the 100 fly as a sophomore... Was a top 16 Connecticut swimmer five times... Top time in the 100 free was 48.47, top time in the 100 fly was 51.65, top time in the 200 free was 1:45.04 and top time in the 200 fly was 1:56.21... Competed for the Ridgefield Aquatic Club (coaches Emmanuel Lanzo and Ronnie Vaughan)... Named to the Connecticut High School Coaches Association All-State Academic Team and was a Connecticut Swim Scholar Athlete, AP Scholar Award recipient and honor roll student.

Personal - Majoring in information systems/technology... Father, Linney O’Malley, swam at Iona College from 1989-1993... Mother, Vera O’Malley, played varsity tennis in high school and club tennis at Georgetown from 1988-1992... Was a lifeguard and coach at Pleasantview Recreation Association for four years... Member of Lions Heart Volunteer Organization.
