2023-24 (Senior) - Posted his season-best times at the Patriot Invitational with a 50 free in 22.96, 100 free in 49.85, 200 free in 1:51.11 and 500 free in 5:01.23... Swam his season-best 1,000 free in 10:47.08 at Navy... Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2022-23 (Junior) - Third-fastest swimmer for the team in the 1,000 free with a time of 10:26.85 in a third place finish against Colgate… Also the third-fastest 1,650 free swimmer for the team with a 16:41.46 during the ECAC Championships... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. 

2021-22 (Sophomore) - Second-fastest on the team in the 1,650 free with a time of 16:30.95 from the Patriot League Championships… Placed second against Howard in the 1,000 free with a time of 10:16.93... Swam a personal best at the Patriot League Championships in the 500 free with a time of 4:44.28. 

2020-21 (Freshman) - Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll... Placed 14th in the 200 IM at the Patriot League Challenge in 2:02.07, his top time of the season and the team's fourth-best time of the season... Took third in the 200 IM at the Holy Cross virtual meet.

Before AU - Swam for Radnor Aquatic Club… Named All-American for the 200 free (1:45) and broke his high school record… Named first team All-Main Line and first-team All-Central… Recorded personal bests of 4:45 (500 free) and 2:00 (200 IM). 

Personal - Son of Melanie and Ron Cosgrove… Both parents swam for and met at his club team... Both younger brothers swim as well… Has coached swim for three years… Gives swim lessons to children…  Majoring in history and secondary education.
