WASHINGTON – The outdoor track team will head across the Potomac to George Mason this weekend (Apr. 3-4) for the Dalton Ebanks Invitational. The team will compete in events ranging from the 100 meters to the 5k.

For men's distance, sophomores
Papakojo Danquah,
Barak Goldstein, and
Ty Parker and freshman
Daden Grogan will open things up in the 800 at 7:15 p.m. on Friday (Apr. 3). All three sophomores ran PRs in the event in the indoor season, while Grogan opened his outdoor season in 1:52.74 at the Richmond Fred Hardy Invitational (Mar. 20).
Senior
Cooper Michaud and sophomores
Daniel Messer and
Noah Smith will race the 3,000-meter steeplechase. Messer opened his season in a 31-second PR of 9:15.54, which is currently ranked fourth in the Patriot League. Michaud, who owns a PR of 9:19.23, will be running his first steeplechase of the season, while Smith will debut the event. The Eagles will have two athletes in the 5k on Friday: senior

Jaden Frederick.
Danquah will double in the 400 at 12:55 p.m. on Saturday (Apr. 4), while Goldstein, Grogan, and Parker will join sophomore
Zack Zerbe in the 1500 meters. Zerbe and Parker both PRed in the 1500 at Richmond, running 3:57.17 and 3:59.70, respectively.
On the women's side, senior
Kate Riley, junior
Hannah Puckett, sophomore
Kara Langbaum, and freshmen
Shealyn Brochu and
Charlotte Orr will race the 800 at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Riley currently sits at sixth on AU's outdoor all-time list with her PR of 2:14.10 set at last year's Patriot League Championships (May 2). Four Eagles — seniors

Emma Colavito — will toe the line for the 5k Friday evening.
On Saturday, Brochu and Puckett will step down to the 400 meters at 1:30 p.m. while Langbaum, and Orr will race the 1500 along with juniors

Zoe Rector, and freshmen
Georgina Chalow and
Lydia Drago. Orr ran a PR of 4:47.61 in the 1500 to open the outdoor season at Richmond.
In the sprints, senior
Owen Garrett, juniors
Emilio Hooper and
Jason Omari-Anim, and freshman
Alex Zenit will race the 200 meters at 4 p.m. on Friday. Omari-Anim is currently seventh on AU's all-time list outdoors with a PR of 22.16. Garrett and Zenit will double in the 400 on Saturday, joining Danquah and freshman
Gregory Celariste. Celariste will double in the 100 along with Omari-Anim.
For the women's sprints, sophomore
Zoe Clark and freshman
Lilia Jones will open with the 200 at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Both sit on the indoor and/or outdoor AU all-time list in the event. Junior
Adeline DiPaolo and sophomore
Lara Gin will join Brochu and Puckett in the 400 meters. DiPaolo and Jones will race the 100 meters later on Saturday, and AU will field a women's 4x100 relay.
