Indoor Track – Ran 1:07.67 in the 400 to open her season at the NYC Gotham Cup (1/17)… Ran 1:03.79 in the 400 at the Patriot Games (2/1)… Ran a 200 PR of 28.74 at the Liberty Open (2/8).

Outdoor Track — Opened her season in the 200 at the Richmond Fred Hardy Invitational (3/21), running 27.33… Ran a season best 200 time of 26.94 and contributed to a 4x400 relay at the George Mason Dalton Ebanks Invitational (4/5)… Ran the 400 in 1:02.73 at the Virginia Challenge (4/18)… Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2023-24
Indoor Track – Focused on 400m dash and relays during her six meets of her freshman campaign ... Ran a leg of the first ever 4x200m relay at Spartan Invitation (1/12) setting the program standard of 1:47.17 ... Following week ran a leg of the school record breaking 4x400m squad with a total time of 4:06.79 at the Patriot Games (1/27) also running 1:02.67 in the open 400m ... Next meet set her personal best in the 400m with a time of 1:00.88 at the Fastrack Invite good for fifth all-time in program history (2/9) ... Again helped set a program standard in the 4x400m at the Father Diamond Invitational (2/16) with a meet victory time of 4:05.25 ... Finished 20th in the prelims of the 400m at Patriot League Championships (2/24-2/25) coming back to set 4x400m record one final time with a 4:01.23 ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. 
 
Outdoor Track – Split her focus between the 200m and 400m dash in her four meets on the season ... Opened with a 27.12 in the 200m at the Fred Hardy Invitational (3/22) ... Ran 26.79 in a non-wind-legal race at the Dalton Ebanks Invitational (4/5-4/6) ... Set personal best in the 400m at the Patriot League Championships (5/3-5/4) running 1:00.79 ... Doubled back in the 4x400m to help team to a school record of 4:03.83 ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
