WASHINGTON - For the second time this season, junior Becca Frank of American University lacrosse has been named the Gregorio's Trattoria Student-Athlete of the Week. Frank led the Eagles to a 12-11 overtime road win in their only game of the week at Boston University.

In a dramatic back-and-forth game, Frank scored the winning goal in overtime which was her team-leading fourth tally of the game. She scored twice in the first quarter, and completed the hat trick with a goal that completed a much-needed 3-0 run for AU in the third quarter to tie the game at 6-6. Her OT game-winner came on a free-position opportunity to end it in sudden victory, and was her 27th goal of the season.

American will finish its regular season schedule on the road, concluding Patriot League play Thursday, April 26 at 6 p.m. when it heads to Annapolis to play Navy.
