WASHINGTON – Cross country is set to compete at the Patriot League Championships on Saturday (Nov. 2). The championship will be hosted by Lafayette and will take place at the Metzgar Fields Athletic Complex in Easton, Pa. The Eagles raced on this course at the Lafayette XC Invite on Sep. 6. The men put together a dominant win, with

Carver Morgan taking the top three finishing spots. The women placed third and were led by senior Luci Ianello, who ran a personal best of 18:25.4 to place 11th.
This time around, both squads will be racing further than they did at the Lafayette Invite, where the men ran a 6k and the women ran a 5k. At their conference championship this weekend, the men will race an 8k and the women will race a 6k.
