Cross Country — Scored for the Eagles in every meet this season… Led the team at the Spider Alumni Open (8/31) with a personal best of 14:48.7 in the 4k, placing 29th… Placed 11th at the Lafayette Invite (9/6) to lead the Eagles with a 5k personal best of 18:25.5… Went up to the 6k for the remainder of the season, running 24:54 at the Roy Griak Invitational (9/20) to place 159th… Ran a personal best time of 23:59.7 to place 118th at the ECU Pirate Invitational (10/4)… Improved her PR at the ECAC Championships (10/18) with a time of 23:01.1, placing 91st… PRed again at the Patriot League Championships (11/2), placing 51st with a time of 22:28.4… Completed her season at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional (11/15), where she ran 23:38.6 to place 181st... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

Indoor Track — Ran a PR of 5:13.97 in the mile and ran the lead leg in the 4x800 relay that placed second at the NYC Gotham Cup (1/17)… Ran a PR of 2:19.95 in the 800 and ran a leg in the school record 4x400 relay of 3:56.03 at the Patriot Games (2/1)… PRed in the 1000 meters and mile at the Liberty Open (2/8), running 2:59.03 and 5:06.64… Lowered her 800 PR to 2:19.13 at the Valentine Invitational (2/15)… Ran 5:09.70 to place 18th in the mile and ran a leg in the DMR that placed 8th at the Patriot League Championships (3/1).

Outdoor Track — Ran a 1500 PR of 4:47.94 at the Richmond Fred Hardy Invitational (3/21)… PRed in the 800 in 2:17.81 at the George Mason Dalton Ebanks Invitational (4/5)… Ran 4:49.96 for 1500 at the Virginia Challenge (4/18)… Lowered her 1500 PR to 4:41.87 to place 20th and contributed to the ninth place 4x800 relay at the Patriot League Championships (5/2)… Closed out her season running 4:55.56 in the 1500 at the ECAC Championships (5/17)… Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2023-24
Cross Country – Competed in four of the six meets for the Eagles .... Opened the season at the Spider Alumni Open (9/2) in the 4k run placing 65th and finishing in a time of 15:40 ... Jumped up to the 6k distance for the remainder of the season ... Ran 24:34 at the Paul Short Run (9/30) ... Set a personal record at the IC4A Championships (10/13) with a time of 24:07 while finishing 6th on the team ... Concluded season at the Patriot League Championships (10/28) finishing in 25:09 while placing fifth on the team ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. 

Indoor Track – Focused on the mid-distance events over her six meets ... Finished second and set a personal best in the 1000m run at Spartan Invitational (1/12) with a 3:05.22 ... Set an 800m PR at Patriot Games (1/27) the following week with a time of 2:22.58 ... Lowered that mark to 2:20.40 the next meet at the Fastrack Invite (2/9) ... ran a leg of the 4x400m at the Father Diamond Invitational (2/16) that was good for sixth in program history with a a time of 4:10.87 ... Finished season at the Patriot League Championships (2/24) with a leg of the 4x800 finishing fifth in program history in 9:15.63. 

Outdoor Track – Opened the season with a personal record of 4:50.40 in the 1500m at the Fred Hardy Invitational (3/22) ... Came back with another personal best in the 800m at the Dalton Ebanks Invitational (4/5-4/6) crossing in 2:20.19 ... Focused on the relays at the Patriot League Championships (5/3-5/4) helping the team to a school record performance in the 4x400m in a time of 4:03.83 and 10th best mark in the 4x800m in 9:13.31. 

2022-23
Cross Country – Competed in two meets during her sophomore season, starting with a 3900m run at the Bison Open (9/2) where she finished 29th overall and 10th on the team with a 15:30.6 ... Ran a personal-best 6000m at the Spiked Shoe Invite (9/9) with a 24.15.8 while finishing 78th overall and ninth on the team ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

Indoor Track – Competed in five meets during the season, including running the 10th fastest 500m in program history with a 1:24.41 while coming in eighth at the Spartan Invitational (1/19) ... Set a personal record in the 400m dash with a 1:03.26 at the Patriot League Championships (2/25) where she also helped set the second fastest 4x400m relay time in program history with a 4:09.81 ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. 

Outdoor Track – Set two personal records in addition to helping set two program top times in relays ... Began the season with a personal record of 1:02.71 in the 400m at the Colonial Relays (3/31) ... Ran the third leg of the sprint medley relay team that set the program record for fastest time with a 4:22.32 at the Colonial Relays (4/1) and finishing eighth ... Established another personal record in the 800m run with a 2:20.92 at the Dalton Ebanks Invite (4/8) ... Also ran the second leg in the program’s fifth fastest 4x400m relay with a 4:08.96 while finishing 10th at the Patriot League Championships (5/6) ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. 

2021-22
Cross Country – Scored in both of her meets during the cross country season ... Placed 24th overall, fifth for the Eagles, in her debut at the Johns Hopkins Kickoff (9/2), navigating the 5k course in 20:31.60 ... Was fifth for AU once more at the VT Alumni Invitational (9/10), making her 6k debut in 24:28.70 for 29th in the field ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. 
 
Indoor Track – Focused primarily in the 4x400m throughout the indoor season, opening with a sixth-place finish in 4:14.20 at the Bison Opener (12/4) ... Was third with the 4x400m squad at the VMI Team Challenge (1/15) with a final time of 4:11.69 before taking eighth at the Patriot League Championships (2/26) in 4:10.81 ... Her lone individual event came during the VMI Team Challenge (1/15) where she was sixth in the 400m dash ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
 
Outdoor Track – Continued to focus on the 4x400m during the outdoor slate ... Opened with a 10th-place finish in the event at the Fred Hardy Invitational (3/18), crossing with one of the fastest times of the season in 4:09.77 ... Also placed 23rd individually at the meet in the 800m run ... Ran in the program's first recorded sprint medley at the Colonial Relays (3/31), placing 11th overall in 4:25.53 ... Was a member of the sixth-place 4x400m team at the Bucknell Team Challenge (4/23), crossing with a season-best time of 4:08.63 ... Also placed 20th in the 800m run with a career-best 2:23.48 ... Closed the season with a pair of relay performances at the Patriot League Championships (5/6), placing eighth with the 4x800m (9:35.99) and 10th with the 4x400m (4:12.19) ...
