WASHINGTON - The American University lacrosse team will return to Jacobs Complex for one final time in 2021 on Saturday when the Eagles host Patriot League division foe Navy at noon to close out the home regular season slate.
THANK YOU SENIORS
- Saturday's game will also serve as the Eagles' Senior Day, as the team celebrates the careers of one of the most talented classes in program history - Sarah Boney (Raleigh, N.C.), Kendall Goldblum (Wilmington, N.C.), Cate Golden (Lafayette Hill, Pa.), Casey Harkins (Poolesville, Md.), Delaney Oliveira (Chicago, Ill.), Drew Reno (Cross River, N.Y.), Erica Skowron (Cary, N.C.), and Emma Vinall (Fairfax, Va.).
- Throughout their time at AU, this class has tallied an overall record of 21-42 and will depart with the program's first All-American in Emma Vinall, along with program records from Vinall (career/season points, single-game goals) and Casey Harkins (season/career assists, single-game assists/points). Erica Skowron has also made her mark in the program record books and is second all-time in season assists, and single-game points and assists.
- After leading the team to a history 7-0 season in 2020, Vinall, Harkins and Goldblum continued to make history as three of the top-ranked players in the country. For Harkins, this also meant a spot in the NCAA record books as she tied the Division I record for single-game assists with 11 against Presbyterian to close the season.
