BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The Patriot League women's basketball games between American and Lafayette, scheduled for Saturday, Jan. 30 and Sunday, Jan. 31 have been postponed. The Leopards will instead meet Loyola Maryland on Saturday and Sunday.
 
Lafayette will travel to Baltimore, Md. to take on Loyola Maryland for a 1 p.m. tip-off at Reitz Arena on Saturday, Jan. 30. The Greyhounds will head to Easton, Pa. to take on the Leopards at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 31. Live coverage of both games will be available on ESPN+.
 
The contests between the Eagles and Leopards will be rescheduled following discussions with the two schools and the League office.
 
The American University Department of Athletics is awaiting the required test results to satisfy university and Patriot League testing protocols. Earlier on Friday, a member of the Navy women's basketball program's Tier 1 tested positive for COVID-19, resulting in a postponement for the Greyhounds.
