WASHINGTON – Kaden Kluth and
Carver Morgan have touched down in Jacksonville, Fla. for the NCAA East First Round. The meet begins on Wednesday (May 28), with both athletes racing the first round of their events in the evening.
NCAA CHAMPIONSHIP EAST FIRST ROUND MEET INFO
Kluth, who ranks 26th in the East Region, will race the first round of the 1500 meters at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. He'll compete in heat three of four. Twenty-four athletes will advance to the quarterfinal on Friday (May 30), where 12 athletes will punch their tickets to the NCAA Championships in Eugene, Ore.
Morgan, who ranks 37th in the region, will race the first round of the 800 meters at 7:50 p.m. on Wednesday. He'll compete in heat five of six. Twenty-four athletes will advance to Friday's quarterfinal.
