BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The American track team placed 36 students, 24 athletes representing the women's team and 12 representing the men's team, on the 2024 Patriot League Spring Academic Honor Roll the league office released on Wednesday. This is a new record for the Eagles, topping the previous high of 35 honor roll selections in 2020.
To be eligible for an honor roll distinction, a student-athlete must have achieved a 3.20 GPA or better during the spring 2024 semester.
Included among that number for the Eagles was Academic All-Patriot League selection
Row Sullivan. Additional highlights for the Eagles were 11 perfect 4.00 GPAs from
Jessica Bakas,
Adeline Dipaolo,
Brooke Evans,
Karenna Keane,
Scarlett Lestina,
Estella Miller,
Rachael Potter,
Hannah Puckett,
Kate Riley,
Hayden Hauser and Sullivan. This is the second track season in a row that Bakas, Potter, Riley, and Sullivan earned the highest marks.
Three graduate students, Potter, Sullivan, and
Nathan Reeves were each noted as five-time winter-spring honor roll selections. Seniors
Cassandra Daniele,
Ethan Puc, and
Kylie Raymond earned their fourth selections while two juniors,
Neev Agarwal and
Lucia Ianello, earned their third recognitions each.
