WASHINGTON – The American University track team opened the 2022 outdoor competition slate on Friday in Richmond, Va., for the Fred Hardy Invitational. Full results from the meet can be found

#AUTF NOTES
- In the women's 4x400 meter relay, the AU team of Nia Holden, Lucia Ianello, Alisha Netus, and Elise Hooker raced in 4:09.77, which is good for fourth in program history.
- Kylie Raymond finished sixth in the women's 5000-meter run with time of 18:42.08. Teammate Rachael Potter finished 10th in the same race with a time of 18:56.23.
- Callia Cordasco led AU by finishing with a PR in the Women's 1500 with a time of 4:52.16.
- Foster Boone raced the Men's 1500-meter dash in a personal-best time of 4:13.22.
- In the same race, Tucker Zullo led the Eagles and finished 11th out of 51 with a time of 3:58.77.
- Ethan Puc led AU in the Men's 800-meter, finishing 17th out of 36 with a time of 2:00.85.
The outdoor season continues next weekend on Saturday, March 26 at the Raleigh Relays in Raleigh, N.C.
