WASHINGTON - The credentials speak for themselves. Helena Elbaek has been named the 2020-21 Female Senior Student-Athlete of the Year for American University Athletics.

She's 12th in program history with 1,079 kills, she's a four-time All-Patriot League honoree, and helped lead AU to two PL Championships. Off the court, she's a standout biology major who earned PL Scholar-Athlete of the Year honors.
