WASHINGTON - The Patriot League Field Hockey Tournament MVP and Goalkeeper of the Year is also the GEICO Student-Athlete of the Week for a second time this season. Sophomore Bryn Underwood helped lead her team to their second PL Championship in three years.

Underwood opened the tournament with a shutout against fourth-seeded Lehigh, bringing down five saves before adding another pair on Saturday for seven total. No. 17 AU beat Lehigh 1-0 in the semifinals before taking down Lafayette 2-1 in the championship game.

AU will next be in action in the NCAA First Round, heading to No. 1 Iowa on Friday, Nov. 12.
