Lumpkins currently leads the Patriot League with 8.9 rpg and ranks second in field goal percentage at 56.1 percent. Brewer, meanwhile, is first in the conference in minutes (34.0), third in made three-pointers (2.4) and fourth in blocked shots (1.1).

As a team, the Eagles entred the week ranked 25h in the NCAA in scoring defense, allowing their opponents to average just 57.3 ppg. American also ranked 18th in field-goal percentage defense at 36.3 percent.

American will be facing a Florida team which is currently ranked 16th in the ESPN/USA Today Coaches Poll and 18th in the AP Top 25.
