BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Marking an increase of four over each of the previous two seasons, setting a program record, and tying for the most honorees in the conference, the American University men's basketball team placed 13 student-athletes on the Patriot League Winter/Spring Academic Honor Roll for 2025-26. The 13 come from a team that achieved a 3.40 GPA and had four student-athletes named to the Dean's List.
To be eligible for the Patriot League honor roll distinction, a student-athlete must have achieved a 3.20 GPA or better during the spring 2026 semester. AU's 13 selections for men's basketball match Lehigh and Loyola Maryland for the most in the league.
Leading the way for the Eagles was senior

Matt Mayock earned recognition for a third year in a row, while
Eric Michaels,
Wyatt Nausadis, and
Shane O'Reilly all earned the distinction for a second year in a row.
