Notable
- Maestas went after Owen Reinsel, stifling him with two takedowns in the first period to take an early lead.
- In a near perfect match for the freshman, the only time Reinsel was able to open him up was in the third period for two nearfall points to make the score 8-4. Maestas responded aggressively, getting himself off the mat for an escape and then delivering the final takedown he needed to seal the 12-4 win.
- Maestas is now 10-6 on the year, and 3-3 in duals.
- Milheim picked up his second dual win of the year with a timely takedown of Griffin Gonzalez in the third period.
- In the middle of a tight scramble, Milheim was able to get a hold of Gonzalez's left ankle and get himself on top of Lehigh's wrestler with just 45 seconds left for a gritty takedown. He held on for the 4-1 win.
- #20 Caleb Campos fell to #19 Rylan Rogers in a match that came down to the final seconds.
- Locked at 1-1 in the third period after Campos tied the score with an escape, Rogers found a takedown with three seconds left in the match. It was the third matchup between the two wrestlers dating back to last season, and the first that Campos has lost.
- AU is now 4-6 overall and 0-1 against EIWA opponents.
