2025-26: Had a breakout sophomore year, emerging as the team’s most frequent starter at 125… Went 26-12 with the second-most wins on the team, going 9-6 in duals… Ranked as high as #23 on WrestleStat and finished the year ranked #32 on RPI… Represented AU at the EIWA Championships, went 3-3 and took seventh place… Took seventh place at the Southern Scuffle on 1/3-1/4, upsetting #31 Bridger Ricks of Utah Valley on the way to a 5-2 showing… Won the Edinboro Open for a second straight year… Took third at the Navy Classic on 11/9, second at the Lock Haven Open on 11/30… Won Outstanding Scholar Athlete at the team’s annual awards banquet… NWCA Scholar All-American and CSC At-Large Academic All-District. 

2024-25: Had a strong freshmen season with success in both open tournaments and dual meets… Finished third at the Patriot Open on 12/8 and won the Edinboro Open at 125 on 2/2, going 4-0… Picked up a major decision victory while wrestling up a weight class at 133 over George Mason’s Geoffrey Whelan... Given the BAGUBA Award at the team's annual banquet, given to the wrestler who best exemplifies what the coaches look for in an AU wrestler... Also won the Most Outstanding Newcomer Award. 

Before AU - Four-time state champion at Cane Bay High School for coach Rashad Palmer... Four-time all-conference first team selection... State Triple Crown winner... South Carolina Dave Schultz Award winner... Was an NHSCA national champion as well as a Super 32, Fargo and Disney Duals All-American... Posted an incredible record of 124-1 throughout high school... Team was two-time regional champs.

Personal - Full name is Jermaine Peace Jr... Majoring in business management at American... Outside of wrestling he likes to play video games, watch shows and movies, and play mini golf... Chose AU because "the support of the wrestling coaching staff is amazing, and I feel as though I can make a career at American with sports and academics."
