WASHINGTON - For a second time this year, American University men's basketball senior Sa'eed Nelson has been named the GEICO Student-Athlete of the Week. The Eagles went 2-0 with wins vs. Bucknell and Holy Cross at home.

Nelson scored a team-high 21 points in AU's 81-69 win vs. Holy Cross, hitting 10-of-15 field goals while also dishing five assists. He scored 10 points earlier in the week while adding six assists vs. Bucknell, including the sixth on the game-winning three-point shot by Connor Nelson at the buzzer.
