Mark LeDuc joined the American University Athletics staff as an Associate Director for Athletics Communications in January 2025. In his role, Mark serves as the primary communications contact for volleyball, men’s soccer, wrestling, and lacrosse. 

LeDuc came to AU after spending three years as the Marketing for Communications Manager at Hartford Athletic of the United Soccer League in Hartford, Connecticut. While there, he was the club’s primary media contact and managed communications, writing press releases, game notes, and match previews and recaps. He led the club’s digital marketing efforts as well, managing the team website and email marketing campaigns. On match days, LeDuc served as the video board operator in addition to writing PA scripts and assisting with the run-of-show. 

A 2019 graduate of Ursinus College, LeDuc was a four-year member of the baseball team and served as a play-by-play broadcaster for the basketball and lacrosse teams.
