Peter Cruz joins Barry Goldberg’s coaching staff as a volunteer assistant after serving in the same capacity with the University of West Alabama from 2009-11.

Before West Alabama, Cruz spent 2007-09 as the head coach of Cape Fear Community College in his home state of North Carolina.

Cruz graduated from the University of North Carolina in 2003 after playing four years of club volleyball as a right side/middle hitter and player-coaching the final two seasons.
