Biography
2014-15: Played in all 33 games, starting two … averaged 4.8 points and 1.0 rebounds per game … shot a team-high 43.5 percent from beyond the arc, ranking fourth in a single season at AU … registered 10 points against Princeton (11/23) … grabbed career-high five rebounds at No. 14 Maryland (12/12) … scored a then-career-high 13 points at UMES on Dec. 20, finishing a perfect 5-of-5 from the field (including 2-of-2 from long range) … was 3-of-3 from three-point range (and 1-of-2 from the foul line) to score 10 points versus Boston University (1/21) … also registered 10 points at Boston University (2/18) and versus Bucknell (2/28) … broke out for a career-high 17 points in NCAA first round game at Iowa, shooting 6-of-13 from the field and 5-of-10 from beyond the arc.
2013-14: Appeared in nine games ... averaged 3.7 ppg and 0.7 rpg ... posted a career-high 12 points, going 4-for-6 from the floor, 2-of-3 from three-point range and 2-for-2 from the foul line at UMBC (11/20) ... notched seven points on 3-of-5 shooting from the field with one triple against Bucknell (1/2) ... pulled down a season-high two rebounds twice at UMBC (11/20) and Loyola (Md.) (2/5).
2012-13: Appeared in 23 games … averaged 1.8 ppg and 0.7 rpg … registered three rebounds and one assist in her first collegiate appearance at Oakland (11/12) … notched a career-high three assists, also hitting one three-pointer against UMBC (11/27) … posted a career-best eight points, going 4-for-6 from the floor, at Colgate (2/9) … grabbed a career-high four rebounds and tallied her first career block against Navy (2/20).
High School: McDonald’s All-American nominee her senior year … named to the All-Academic team in all four years of high school.
Personal: Daughter of Tonia and James Booth … majoring in business administration with a minor in psychology … nicknames include “A.B.”, “Bundles”, “Aribooth” and “Booth” … most interesting thing she’s accomplished has been going to the NCAA Tournament and playing on national TV … if she could change anything about her sport, it would be the amount of publicity it gets … plans to go into a career in hotel management or sports management … sports heroines are Maya Moore and Serena Williams … non-sports heroine is her mother … advice to youngsters is to “love yourself and know your worth.”
