Stephanie Mull, MS, RD, CSSD, CSCS is a seasoned Registered Dietitian with over 25 years of experience helping individuals fuel performance, optimize body composition, and build sustainable nutrition habits. She has a particular passion for working with athletes of all ages, as well as children, adolescents, and adults navigating weight management and balanced eating.

A Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Mull blends cutting-edge nutrition with practical performance strategies. She co-developed Metabolism-Based Eating, a pioneering approach to improving body composition, and actively trains other professionals in its application.

Beyond client work, Mull teaches sports nutrition and weight management at American University and is a frequent speaker at conferences and athletic programs nationwide. Her mission is simple: empower people with the tools to fuel smarter, recover better, and thrive in both sport and life.
