Club: Played for Real Colorado… Three-time MLS Next Frontier Division champion… Scored or assisted on 14 goals over his last two seasons… Helped the club to an MLS Next Cup Final and a third place finish in the USL Academy Cup.

Personal: Son of AJ and Lori Workman… Used to be a ski racer… Loves to explore the mountains and new cities..Enjoys part coaching and helping young academy players... Chose AU because “It immediately felt like a place I could call home. Not only was the coaching staff and team incredibly welcoming, but the campus along with the academic opportunities felt like a place I could thrive in for the next 4 years.
