High School: Played three seasons at Dakota Ridge High School in Littleton, Colorado … with the Eagles, McFarland averaged 11.3 points, 3.4 rebounds and 1.9 assists per game … as a senior, he set a career-best with 14.5 points, 4.2 rebounds and 2.8 assists and 1.7 steals per game … at New Hampton Prep, McFarland averaged 14.5 points per game and shot 45 percent from the field and 84 percent from the line. 

Personal: Son of Gabe and Cathy McFarland … has one brother, Jackson and one sister, Ella … undecided on a major.
