BEFORE AU - Attended Harvest City Christian Academy in Regina... Harvest City Reapers won the small schools volleyball title in the Regina High Schools Athletic Association in her junior year... Team was 6th in 2014 and 4th in 2016... Earned Most Positive Player award as a sophomore... Took classes at the University of Regina after graduation, but did not play volleyball... Honor roll student at Harvest City Christian, earning the Christian Leadership Award and the School Spirit Award... Member of the Student Leadership Council.

PERSONAL - Hopes to become a sports trainer or therapist... Enjoys singing, dancing and different types of art... Parents are Kathy Weber and Archie Powell... Mother played basketball at Washington State and is 6-foot-8... Would title her autobiography "Head Above The Rest"... Has served as volunteer volleyball coach on elementary and high-school levels... Planning to major in health promotion at AU.
