Personal: Son of Nicholas III and Nicole Macarchuk … has one sister, Ashley … grandfather Nick is a former NCAA D1 men''s basketball head coach at Canisius, Fordham, and Stony Brook … at Canisius, he was the America East Coach of the Year (1984) and America East Regular Season Champions (1984-85) … at Fordham, Macarchuk won the Patriot League Regular Season Champions (1990-91, 1991-92), Patriot League Coach of the Year (1991) and Patriot League Tournament Champions (1991-92) … plans to major in finance.
