High School: Played three years of varsity field hockey at Washington-Liberty High School … As a senior, tallied 13 goals, 10 assists, and 11 defensive saves while playing midfield … Earned First Team All-District as a sophomore, junior, and senior … Was honored as the team’s MVP both her junior and senior years … Was selected First Team All-Region three years in a row (2022, 2023, 2024), and was All-Met Honorable Mention … Played club lacrosse with Next Level FHC and was on the NEXUS 2024 U21 Championship team.
 
Personal: Daughter of Julie Clouse … A member of the National Honor Society, the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Program, was awarded the Seal of Biliteracy … Was the President of the Architecture, Construction, and Engineering (ACE) Club and the Treasurer of the WL Service and Mentoring Club … A three-time varsity letterwinner in lacrosse … Mother, Julie, played hockey growing up in Lancaster, Pa. … Organized a variety of service projects such as, stream cleanups, toy drives, donation collections, and helping elementary students with homework … Has personal lessons with younger girls to teach and train them in field hockey … Loves to read, and really enjoys yoga … Over the summers is a lifeguard … Plans on studying Business Administration at AU.
 
Why she chose American: “I chose AU for their strong field hockey team, but also strong academics, especially in my major. Growing up close to Washington DC, I have always loved the city and am so excited to spend my next four years here. Additionally, Coach Jennings showed me that he creates an environment where players can develop and push their limits in a positive way, which was what I wanted in a program. He really cares about his players, which makes the team super close.”
