2022: NFHCA National Academic Squad ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll … Played in 13 games during her freshman campaign … Registered three shots on goal, one against Central Michigan (8/28), one against the University of New Hampshire (9/9), and one against Lehigh (11/3) in the Patriot League Quarterfinals.
 
High School: Played for coach Katie Evans, as well as coaches Allie Sweeney (lacrosse) and Maggie Brill (track) at Villa Maria... Team went 17-3-1 in her senior year when she scored 32 goals which amounted to one-fourth of the team's total... Scored at least one goal in 18 games while also tallying five assists in 2021... Two-year varsity starter and two-time league all-star... Team won the district in both 2018 and 2020 and was a state semifinalist in 2019... Named All-Main Line Second Team as a junior and All-State Honorable Mention as well as All-Area First Team and All-Academic Team... Named All-Area First Team as a senior... Played for coaches Richard and Jun Kentwell from 2019-21 with the WC Eagles Field Hockey Club and was a member of the Mainline Mayhem Club from 2016-19, playing for coach Alex McMahan.

Personal: Parents are Alyce and Andy Shaw ... Has one younger sibling, Jack... Father played football at Wesley College, mother played field hockey at Mount St. Mary's University, and she has an aunt who played field hockey at Towson.

Why she chose American: "I chose AU because of its strong academics, skilled athletics and beautiful location. When I visited to meet with the team and the coaches, I knew there were no better people to surround myself with for the next four years. I am eternally grateful for this opportunity and cannot wait to be an Eagle!"
