Will Esterling, a native of Wilmington, Del., has been the director of the American University Pep Band since Fall of 2019. Esterling is currently pursuing his master's of music in orchestral conducting at the Catholic University of America where he studies under the direction of Maestro Simeone Tartaglione and Maestro Murry Sidlin.
Additionally, he serves as Assistant Conductor of the D.C. Concert Orchestra under the the direction of Dr. Randal Stewart.
Esterling received a bachelor's of music in trombone performance form Ithaca College where he also completed course work in music education.
