WASHINGTON - Two-time Patriot League Championship silver medalist Piper Crosby of American University women's swimming & diving has been named the Eagle of the Week, presented by Gregorio's, for the week of February 16-22. Crosby posted a number of outstanding performances for the Eagles over the four-day league championship hosted by Navy.

The sophomore earned silver medals in both the women's 100 back and 200 back, posting a school-record time of 53.20 in the 100 and a school-record time of 1:57.83 in the 200. For the week, Crosby scored 82 points which ranked seventh among all individuals on the women's side. In addition to her two individual school records, Crosby was a part of new relay school records in both the women's 400 medley relay (3:42.02, fifth place) and the women's 400 free relay (3:23.91, seventh place). She advanced to championship finals in all three of her individual events, taking fourth place in the women's 50 free with a time of 23.00.

2025-26 Eagle of the Week
