WASHINGTON - The MVP of the 2025 Patriot League Men's Basketball Championship, graduate student Matt Rogers of American University, has been named the Gregorio's Trattoria Student-Athlete of the Week for a fourth time this season. Rogers led the Eagles to a PL title and NCAA Tournament berth, scoring 25 points in AU's 74-52 win over Navy in the championship game.

Rogers added eight rebounds to his 25 points, going 10-for-17 from the field and 3-for-4 from the free throw line. Nineteen of his 25 points came in the second half.

It was the 13th game this season of 20 or more points for Rogers, who leads the team with 17.0 points per game.

The Eagles will be playing fellow 16 seed Mount St. Mary's in the NCAA's First Four in Dayton, Ohio, at 6:40 p.m. on Wednesday, March 19.
