Julia Kato picked up her third clean sheet of the season, as the Eagles recorded their first Patriot League tie this season.

- Sunday's draw marked the fourth consecutive draw between the two programs. The last time either team came away victorious was when the Eagles picked up the win in Worcester, Mass. in 2018.
- With her third clean sheet of the season, Kato now has nine career shutouts. She has moved into a tie for fifth all-time in career shutouts in American's record book.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Kadzban took the first shot of the game, looking to put American in the lead early, but her shot was scooped up by the Crusaders' keeper.
- The Eagles continued to try to break through the Crusaders' defense, outshooting the visitors 7-3 in the first half, but none of their shots could find the back of the net.
- Holy Cross had two good opportunities early in the second half to take the lead, but both shots just missed the mark.
- The Crusaders continued to maintain control for most of the second half, holding the Eagles to no shots until the final minutes of the game.
- Junior Jennifer McGuire and Kadzban had chances for the Eagles to take the lead late in the second half, but both of their shots were stopped by the Crusaders' defense as time expired.
