Men’s Basketball Heads to Loyola Maryland Saturday for Final Regular Season Game

WASHINGTON – American University men's basketball (15-13, 7-10 PL) heads to Loyola Maryland (11-19, 6-11 PL) on Saturday to take on the Greyhounds in the final Patriot League regular season game of the 2022-23 season. The Eagles are looking to end their five-game skid and pick up the win over the Greyhound for the regular season sweep.

  • As a team, Loyola is third in the league in offensive rebounds with 9.2 rebounds per game, and first in the league in steals with 7.60 per game. Individually senior Golden Dike is tied for fourth in the league in rebounds, averaging 6.5 rebounds per game, with American's O'Neil.
  • The Greyhounds currently sit in ninth in the league standings heading into Saturday's regular season finale.
