WASHINGTON - With a goal and an assist in a shutout victory on Senior Day, senior Ethan Boyle of American University men's soccer has been named the Gregorio's Trattoria Student-Athlete of the Week for the week of Oct. 23-29. Boyle and the Eagles earned a 3-0 win over Army to solidify a berth in the upcoming Patriot League Championships.

In the 20th minute of the contest, Boyle assisted on what would prove to be the game-winning goal by Mustapha Sowe. Just under two minutes later, Boyle scored his sixth goal of the season to put the Eagles up 2-0.

The Eagles are set to finish their regular season slate on Wednesday, Nov. 1 at Loyola Maryland. The game is set for a 6 p.m. start.
