WASHINGTON – American University men's soccer is set to host Army on Saturday afternoon for its final regular season home game of the season. The Eagles have won their last two games to propel themselves up to fifth in the league standings, while the Black Knights find themselves sitting in eighth with two games left to play in the regular season. Saturday is the Eagles' Senior Day and the program's six seniors will be honored in a pregame ceremony.

• Senior Ethan Boyle and junior Sam Hershey lead the team in scoring with five goals each. Junior Zemi Rodriguez leads the team in assists with four.
• Entering the weekend, American sits in fifth in the Patriot League standings before its penultimate league test.

• Army enters Saturday's game coming off a 1-1 draw with Colgate on Saturday.
• Freshman Gage Lyons was named Patriot League Rookie of the Week, after his early goal against Colgate.
• The Black Knights are led in scoring by Lyons who has found the back of the net five times so far this season. Seniors Joey Hickson and Nick Atkinson lead the squad in assists with two each.
• Sophomore goalkeeper Harrison Faulkner is fifth in the Patriot League in saves per game with 3.08 and sixth in the league in saves with 37.
• Army enters the weekend eighth in the Patriot League standings with two games left to play.
• Army is led by Head Coach Brian Plotkin in his third season at the head of the program. He is joined on the sidelines by assistant coaches Jonathan Delano and Daniel Scheck.
