WASHINGTON – American University men's basketball (12-7, 4-4 PL) looks to snap its four-game skid on Wednesday, Jan. 25 as the Eagles welcome Army West Point (11-10, 5-3 PL) to Bender Arena. The Eagles are coming off a close 62-61 loss to Colgate on Saturday while the Black Knights enter the midweek contest dropping their last two games. Senior Chris Mann led the Black Knights with a career-high 28 points and eight rebounds while junior Jalen Rucker and freshman Ethan Roberts also totaled double figures with 15 and 12 points, respectively.
- Rucker leads Army in scoring, averaging 16.4 points per game. He also leads the team in assists (3.5 per game) and steals (0.9 per game), and is second in the league in scoring.
- Head Coach Jimmy Allen leads Army in his seventh season at the head of the program.
