Natalie Oliver were selected to the Patriot League All-League teams, the conference office announced on Friday. Horne was selected to the All-Patriot League Second Team while Kadzban and Oliver were selected to the All-Patriot League Third Team.
Horne started in 14 of American's 15 games this season, totaling four shots including one on goal. The Bronx, N.Y., native helped mentor a backline that recorded four shutouts.
This seasons honor marks the third time in her career she has received Patriot League Postseason All-Conference honors after being named Third Team All-Patriot League in 2019 and Second Team All-Patriot League in 2021. She was also named to the Patriot League Preseason All-League Team at the start of the season.
Kadzban's postseason selection marks the first of her career. The junior transfer from University of Florida made an immediate impact for the Eagles this season, starting in all 15 games and totaling a team-leading four goals. She added on one assist and 13 shots to her stat line for the 2022 season.
She finished top-10 in the Patriot League in goals (4), game-winning goals (2), and points (7).
In her senior season, Oliver also picked up her first postseason All-League honor. Oliver was part of the Eagles' defense that recorded four shutouts. She also recorded five shots, all on goal, during the 2022 campaign.
Horne, Kadzban and Oliver's selections mark the first time since 2013 that more than two Eagles were selected to the league's All-Conference teams. In 2013, American had four student-athletes selected, Lindsey Muir and Kristen Eriksen were named to the league's Second Team while Shaena Alfonsi and Charlene Belanger were named to the league's Third Team.
