WASHINGTON — Nick Dimitrijevic and Fabio Massaro scored in the second half to lead the American University men's soccer team over Army West Point, 2-0, on Saturday at Reeves Field.

• The win for American is the first home win of the season and the first Reeves Field victory for first-year head coach Zach Samol.

• American struck first in the 50th minute as Nick Dimitrijevic stole the ball from an Army defender and made a rush towards goal for his team-leading third goal of the season.
