@AU_MSoccer Hosts West Virginia on Tuesday

WASHINGTON — The Eagles conclude non-conference action on Tuesday when they host West Virginia at 3 p.m.

The Eagles enter the contest 1-5-1 after falling to Albany, 3-1, on Friday evening.

Tim Neumann leads the Eagles with four points (1g, 2a) on the season. Vinny Barone and Max Holdsworth have also hit the back of the net this season. Barone leads the team in shots taken.

John Mino is looking to bounce back after the three goals against last Friday. Mino is in search of his second win of the season with a 2.12 goals against average.

West Virginia is 4-1-2 on the year with its most recent win over George Mason last weekend, 3-2. The Mountaineers have faced a tough non-league schedule coming out with wins on the road at California and Santa Clara. WVU has a pair of scoreless ties against Monmouth and Central Florida.

Jad Arslan leads the team in goals (4) and points (8). Jorge Quintanilla has the team lead in assists and is third in points with six.

In goal, Stephen Banick posts a 0.71 goals against average with 20 saves in seven appearances.
