Justin Ross joined American University Athletics with Van Wagner Sports & Entertainment as General Manager of Corporate Partnerships in June of 2026. Prior to arriving at American, Ross served as Director of Corporate Sales for Old Dominion University Sports Properties, where he led sponsorship sales and partnership development for ODU Athletics. He originally joined Old Dominion in 2021 as Director of Ticket Sales before transitioning into corporate partnerships in 2024.

Before his time at Old Dominion, Ross spent several years with the Washington Commanders as an Senior Account Executive, specializing in ticket sales and client relationship management. He has also held positions with Morgan State University, the Baltimore Orioles, and the Baltimore Ravens.

Ross earned a bachelor's degree in physical education with a concentration in sports administration from Morgan State University in 2015.
