Joe Pagnusat joined American University Athletics as an Athletics Operations Assistant in October of 2024.

He serves as the facilities liaison for the volleyball, men’s basketball, and wrestling teams, as well as helping to manage athletics and university events in Bender Arena.

Prior to AU, Pagnusat was a Game Operations Graduate Assistant at Ball State University. He graduated from the University of Minnesota in 2022 with a degree in sports management, and earned his master's in sports administration from Ball State in 2024. 

Pagnusat is a native of Oak Forest, Ill.
