2019-20 (Redshirt) - Went 4-13 as a redshirt, competing unattached in seven tournaments... Finished 2-2 at the Franklin & Marshall Open, including a win by fall in 1:04 vs. Sacred Heart’s Chris Naegele... Ended the season with another 2-2 performance at the National Collegiate Open, getting pins vs. Drexel (2:41) and Hofstra (1:16).

Before AU - Four-year letterwinner at Franklin Regional High School and team captain as a junior and senior... Placed all four years at the Westmoreland County Coaches Association Tournament... Was a three-time section and WPIAL qualifier... Also qualified for the PIAA state meet... Earned third place finish at Eastern Area Invitational as a junior... Placed at King of the Mountain (junior year, early season injury prevented competition at KOM senior year)... Wrestled at 132 as a senior... Graduated with high honors and 28 college credits.

Personal - Son of John and Beth McCann... Majoring in political science with a minor in environmental science... Has participated in numerous volunteer organizations including helping out at the Westmoreland County Food Bank, helping with Youth Wrestling programs at practice and at tournaments and participating in Stand Down Pittsburgh (helping Veterans).
