High School: Served as team captain in senior season … placed fifth at PIAA tournament … two-time state qualifier … fifth-place finisher at FloNationals … two-time district champion … regional champion … team won four district championships and finished as state runner-up … compiled 111 career wins, including 53 falls and two technical falls … also lettered three years in football … team captain as a senior … two-time first-team all-state selection … all-district and all-region honoree … named the McDowell HS Male Athlete of the Year.
