2024-25 (Redshirt Freshman): Went 14-14 overall and 9-10 in dual meets in his first full season, starting all but two duals and finishing with 33 dual points… Had the team’s highest finish at his first EIWA Championships, taking fifth on the podium at 165… Milheim went 4-2 at the tournament, including two pins… Named the team's Most Improved Wrestler at the annual team banquet. 

2023-24 (Freshman) - Went 4-0 at the Messiah Open on Feb. 10 to take first place at 157 pounds... Had a 2-0 day in dual meets against Drexel and Morgan State on Feb. 4... Closed out the season on a 7-1 run overall, finishing with nine wins in total... Earned his first dual-meet victory against Millersville on Nov. 11... Posted two wins by fall and two major decisions.

Before AU - Placed third in the state for Warrior Run High School in both 2022 and 2023 at 170 lbs... Team was a state qualifier along with being sectional and district champs... Named to the Academic All-State First Team... Wrestled for the M2 Training Center club team.

Personal - Is majoring in finance at AU... Has two brothers who also wrestle... Likes fishing, lifting and construction... Chose AU because of its beautiful location, great academics, and experienced coaching staff... Also said AU is a place he feels he can excel in the classroom, on the mat, and build a great future.
