2025: Started all 16 games her senior year as a mainstay defender, ranking third on the team in ground balls (17) and fourth on the team in caused turnovers (14)... Picked up a career-high three ground balls and caused a turnover in AU’s first win over Lehigh since 2013 on 3/15… Caused three turnovers at Bucknell on 4/11... Patriot Academic Honor Roll. 

2024: Saw action in four games recording three ground balls and two caused turnovers ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. 

2023: Did not play due to injury … Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
 
2022: Played in one game, making her AU debut against Loyola Maryland (3/13).

High School: Helped lead Harborfields to the second round of playoffs as a freshman and sophomore ... She was the 2019 Defender of the Year with her club team, Team Elevate ... She also played volleyball and was all-league in track at Harborfields.

Personal: Parents are Lisa Henkel and John Kuenzler … She has three siblings – Rachel, Olivia, and Sarah … Father, John, played baseball at New York Institute of Technology (NYIT) … Sister, Rachel, swims for Adelphi University.
