High School: A four-year letter winning midfielder, played under the tutelage of Dorothy Holt at Yarmouth High School … An All-Conference honoree sophomore, junior, and senior year … A member of the All-State team … Was the Variety Maine Girls Lacrosse Player of The Year and the Yarmouth High School Athlete of The Year… A member of the 2021 and 2024 State Championship teams and the 2022 and 2023 Region Championship teams … Recorded 181 career goals, 84 assists, and 71 turnovers … Played club lacrosse for Lauren Reid Kane at Maineiax.
 
Personal: Daughter of Triona O'Connor & Bill Powers … A 4x Honor Roll honoree … Also played soccer and was All-Conference, All-Region, All-State, All New England, a State Class B Player of the Year, a Senior All-Star game MVP, and the Yarmouth High School Offensive Player of The Year.
