Cross Country - Patriot League Academic Honor Roll ... Consistently finished in the top-seven for the Eagles throughout the cross country season ... Opened as the team''s fifth finisher at the Mount St. Mary''s 5k Duals (9/1) with a final time of 15:41.80, good for sixth in the field ... Was only six-seconds shy of a PR at the Paul Short Run (9/29), finishing in 25:39.20 on the 8k course ... Returned two weeks later to clock a career-best 25:13.40 at the Princeton Invitational (10/14) as the team''s fifth scorer ... Scored for the Eagles once again during the Patriot League Championships (10/28), placing 36th overall, before closing his season at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships (11/10) where he timed through in 33:12.60 for 10k.
Indoor Track - Patriot League Academic Honor Roll ... Ran in three meets during the indoor season, opening with his first of two 3k''s at the Terrapin Invitational (1/20) ... Hit a season-best in the event a week later at the Patriot Games (1/27), placing 10th in 9:14.28 ... Finished the season at the Last Chance Meet (2/25) where he crossed just outside his mile PR (4:27.76).
Outdoor Track - Patriot League Academic Honor Roll ... Became one of the program''s first steeplechasers since 2015 ... Made his debut in the event at the Shamrock Invitational (3/15), hitting 10:14.06 for 14th in the field ... Earned a new PR of 10:13.14 at the Colonial Relays (4/5) ... Closed the season at the George Mason Spring Invitational (10/13/94), narrowly missing nudging his PR down with a 10:13.94 finish.
2016-17
Cross Country - Patriot League Academic Honor Roll ... Scored for the Eagles in all but one meet during the cross country season, consistently running under his 8000m PR ... Opened with a 27th place overall finish at the Mount St. Mary''s Duals (9/2), where he navigated the 5000m course in 16:18.80 ... Followed that up with a 77th overall finish at the Panorama Farms Invitational (9/23), where he timed in with a new PR of 26:40.50 for 8000m ... Improved on that time at the Princeton Invitational (10/15), where he crossed in 25:33.40 for 95th overall ... Closed the season with a 56th place overall finish, fourth for the Eagles, at the Patriot League Championships (10/29).
Indoor Track - Patriot League Academic Honor Roll ... Competed in one meet during the indoor season, placing fifth in the 3000m run at the Navy Invitational (12/3) with a final time of 9:27.58.
Outdoor Track - Patriot League Academic Honor Roll ... Started the season at the Maryland Invitational (3/18), where he finished fourth in the 3000m run in 8:53.02 ... Ran a season''s best 4:03.36 in the 1500m run at the George Mason Spring Invitational (4/8), finishing in 66th overall ... Won the 5000m run at the Morgan State Legacy Meet (4/21) in 15:23.36 before hitting a new PR of 15:16.99 at the Patriot League Championships (5/5) for 23rd in the field.
