Indoor Track – Opened his season in a 200 PR of 24.18 at the NYC Gotham Cup (1/17)… PRed in the 500 at the Patriot Games (2/1) with a time of 1:10.08… Ran a 400 PR of 53.38 at the Liberty Open (2/8)… Lowered his 500 personal best to 1:10.06 at the Darius Dixon Invitational (2/15)… PRed in the 60 meters with a time of 7.58 seconds at the Father Diamond Invitational (2/21)… Placed 25th in the 400 in 53.52 at the Patriot League Championships (3/1).

Outdoor Track — Opened the season running 24.56 in the 200 at the Richmond Fred Hardy Invitational (3/21)… Contributed to the third AU all-time 4x100 relay of 42.72 at the George Mason Dalton Ebanks Invitational (4/5)… Ran a 400 PR of 52.87 at the Virginia Challenge (4/18)… Lowered his PR to 52.06 to place 20th at the Patriot League Championships (5/2)… Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2023-24
Indoor Track – Ran in five meets during freshman campaign, focusing on the 400m dash in each ... Made collegiate debut at the Spartan Invitational (1/12) crossing in 54.10 ... Improved that mark to 53.95 at the Fastrack National Invite (2/9) ... Saved his best race for last with a final PR at the Patriot League Championships (2/23) crossing in 53.88 for a 23rd place finish ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. 

Outdoor Track – Competed in four meets primarily focusing on the 400m dash ... Set a PR of 54.09 at the Bucknell Team Challenge (4/20) ... Improved time to 53.35 at Patriot League Championships (5/3-5/4) ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. 

High School: Competed for Carlos Bedoya at Scarsdale High School … PR’s – 38.5 (300m), 53.09 (400m), 400m split: 51.9, 1:10.00 (500m), 1:27.00 (600m) … Made varsity as a freshman and was varsity captain two years … Was honored to both All-Section and All-County teams … Also played soccer and was Section 1 Champion and New York State Champion … Attended the Nike Indoor Nationals, qualified for New Balance Indoor Nationals … Was on the Indoor Section 1 4x400 relay champion team …  Was the indoor Westchester County 4x400 Champions … Had two podium finishes at the Loucks Games.
 
Personal: The son of Olivia and Hyun Seuk … Grandfather, Tim Clarke, represented New South Wales for Rugby Union in 1964 … Khang is half Australian, half Korean and was born in London. He also spent six years living in Singapore … Loves filmmaking and photography and traveling … Plans to study Film and Media at American.
 
Why he chose American: “I chose AU because of the great academics and its location in D.C. The track program also seemed like a great fit with an optimistic future.”
